"We were looking for a luxury property with wonderful amenities (beach access, pool, good food, and customer service oriented team without the crowds and chaos found in other parts of Bodrum and still family friendly. We found all of that over the 4-days/3-nights of our stay. Small beach but amazing water to swim. Beautiful adult pool with negative looking towards the water and beach club below was fun. And when we wanted to get off property, it was easy to do so with 15 min taxi ride into...

"Worst hotel rooms ever I have seen. Decoration, furniture everything is the worst ever. Beds are super uncomfortable. Construction debris visible at places where skirting missing. Paint residue everywhere, on the floor, furniture, doors. No one spent a minute to even roughly clean. Bathroom was poor poor. Faucets must be rusted for the last 5 years. Only good thing in the rooms is clean sheets and one of the two ACs was working. General areas has no taste. Pool is small for that many people....

"Overall a good resort. Dinner was amazing but lunch and breakfast were mediocre. Not much to do besides relaxing on the beach"

"When we arrived, the room's air conditioning was broken; they tried to fix it but couldn't. We asked for another room, but they didn't have any available. We cancelled the reservation; they told us we would get a refund, but after we left, they said they were applying their no-refund policy. Expedia is aware of the situation but hasn't done anything yet. We are waiting for a response from Expedia."
