"Alles war toll :-) Sehr nettes Team, jede Menge Infos per whatsapp, tolles Frühstück und ich durfte sogar Late-check-out machen. Zimmer supergeräumig und sehr stilvoll und modern. Gerade wird der Wellnessbereich umgebaut, ich komme garantiert im Winter wieder. Danke euch :-) "

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

"The property is almost 50 years old and wasn't renovated since then. Some doors don't keep closed, other doors squeak with every move and everything looks in general disrepair. We stayed in the family apartment that is actually above the owner's and we listened to snoring every night. The shower hose was damaged when we arrived and it burst open towards the end of our visit, making everything in the bathroom wet and the shower unusable. Dogs and a cat of the owner regularly visit the kitchen and...

"Excellent hotel with a good location. The pool and wellness area really add to the experience and provided nice recreation after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein."
