"Enjoyed our stay! The staff were very accommodating and the thermal pool has the best view in Gastein. Our room was in the historic portion of the hotel. When we opened the windows for cool mountain air, we could also hear the waterfall. Very relaxing! "

"מקום מקסים ופשוט. נקי, ונעים. הגענו אחרי טרק מעייף והיינו מרוצים מאוד. קיבלנו חדר עם נוף להרים. פראנץ שמח מאוד לעזור לנו, תכנם איתנו טיול מוצלח, ועזר לנו עם הכשרות. מומלץ למטיילים באיזור! "

"Eine verdunkelungs Gardine hatte keine funktion. Beim frühstücksbuffett fehlte die loebe am Detail. Käse und Wurstwaren wurden als klotz hingelegt bzw. Aus der packung so abgelegt. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...
