"I was at Haven, formerly Hotel Schmidt-Monique in Bochum for 8-days. I arrived 25-minutes before the “official” check-in time and was told I could check-in early for €20. "The hotel looked like has seen better days, it looked unclean overall, the water situation in the bathroom was a bit complex to maintain, the electric water kettle has some sort of black stuff coming out of it. There is no phone at all to call reception, and even when you come to the reception, don't expect much to happen."
