"The evening dinner dining staff (Holly) and front staff was over the top! I was surprised I had access only to live tv and Hulu, you tube and alike were fee based. Overall - great experience. Re location: it was marketed as 1.5 mile from my destination point - it was more like 2.5-3 miles... big difference when one is planning to walk it!! Convenient for being near the hospital, for sure. That was not my destination point."

"Staff was very nice, property was very well maintained. It was difficult to find the self-parking lot and my coffee maker overflowed the mug in the room even when putting in the minimum required water. Weekend breakfast buffet was not worth the cost. Great place to stay but eat elsewhere."

"I respect the age and beauty of this hotel. The staff was exceptional. The integrity of the decor and preservation of history was phenomenal. The price you pay for the size of room you receive is not worth it. They'd be better off having half as many rooms for the same price per night. We were upgraded which was lovely because the room they had us in originally was the size of a cleaning closet....described when purchased as a Deluxe standard. "

"They charge you $75 for early check in. We were there for 5 nights. The house keeping personnel did the minimal. No vacuuming, sink wasn’t cleaned, mirrors and tub not cleaned. Very disappointed"

"bathrooms were cleaned regularly, loved the private toilet, shower, sink set up. loved getting water and ice easily. room small as expected but very comfy bed, slept great. great location, T stops 8 or 11 minute walk. very friendly staff, great coffee at the small cafe loved the hot water and microwave bottom floor to make oatmeal rate no fridge in the room but small bags of ice worked as needed Saturday pm the Spy Bar was loud but not bad up on the 5th floor we would stay again!!!"
