"No cable.. return to property at 10:45 pm the gate was closed. I had to open the gate to enter the property. Pathway to my room was dark. I found this to be unsafe. Overall staff members were pleasant.. property needs to be renovated. Poorly kept."

"issues i had - they forgot to bring my bag up, i found it and was ready to change so i went and got it
also i had a leak in the bathroom sink and they were coming to fix it when i called but i said i have 2 sinks its ok they can come in the morning when i am out of the room. "

"The rooms and spa beach were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Andrea, Zaria, philipa, Alex, Mesha, Kayla, Paula, Michaela, Ashley, and Rochsa. Zaria and Philipa made our stay truly memorable by changing our room to a more suitable one and fulfilling my sister's dream with a floating breakfast in the pool. Thank you all!"
"Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very large, so communication can sometimes be slow—be patient. The room and view are absolutely beautiful. Restaurants are good, though some of the food is just average. There isn’t much fresh fruit, and what’s available isn’t very sweet. On the other hand, the fruit drinks are too sweet. There are lots of activities, and the kids’ club is excellent. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay with stunning views. "
