"Loved the quality of this hotel, centrally located in downtown Cairo. The staff went above & beyond to take care of every request promptly and with graciousness. We did have some issues with the wifi not working in our room except in the bathroom. We brought this to their attention 3 or 4 times but nothing made a difference."

"The room was a nice size, with lovely large bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff were attentive, welcome drinks and bringing cakes and fruit to the room. We had a suite and needed two beds making up - which would have been better done before our arrival but they did when we arrived around 5pm. Still there was room for a sofa and armchair in the lounge area. We tried both restaurants when there and would say the Italian restaurant was fantastic. The rooftop pool is fairly small and there is seating for drinks which is nice - but there is limited seating - and less if more than 2 of you - we sat on two tables the first night - but staff and service was impeccable. The area around didn’t feel like you would want to walk out and wander around but we had a super early flight out so wanted to pick somewhere between Giza and CAI"

"It's a nice place to stay. Staff is great. It would be super useful to have a coffee machine (paid by bank card or free for hotel clients) to be installed downstairs in the communal space. And the airport transfer will be very useful too. Breakfasts were very good."

A special thank you to Dima, who was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the great service and hospitality. "I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Ahmed was very helpful in settling us in the rooms and it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and could feed a whole village. The hotel is in Downtown Cairo and plenty of restaurants and attractions are within minutes. The only downside is the traffic noise so wearing earplugs is a must. Overall was a great stay in the heart of Cairo."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at Hilton Cairo Grand Nile We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile and would gladly give the hotel 5 stars. The location along the Nile is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the Nile. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices and fresh, delicious food. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. Overall, Hilton Cairo Grand Nile provided us with a memorable and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and a beautiful Nile-side location. A truly 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
