"I was disappointed the breakfast didn’t start until 730am, which seems very late. I had to Leave by 7:15 and there was nothing out but dry bagels.
I travel a lot for my job and most other hotels open up breakfast at 6:30 AM or 7 AM and I wish that hours were advertised on the website because I would never have booked this hotel otherwise… I left hungry and a dry. . Also, I was disappointed to find out they hadan outdoor pool that was not open…. It was advertised being open May through September.. and even though it was May 2… It was not open
So I paid more for this Hotel than other local hotels in the area…. and didn’t get the two things that I wanted the most which was a pool to swim in and eat breakfast before I left. I suggest others read the fine print on if the pool is indoors or outdoors and check the hours for breakfast if it matters to them.

"We were disappointed that the workout area was unavailable due to a water leak. While we understand that these things happen it would have been nice to know this in advance or have an option such as another hotel gym or local gym available for us to use."

"While there are plenty of options right off of I-80, your BEST option is just a few miles down the road off of I-80 in a classic Midwestern setting with a hint of New England. It's wecloming, comfortable, the staff is friendly, the restaurant on-site hits the sweet spot and there's a great indoor pool. Our ONLY quibble is that the shower head is a bit on the low side but that's all it is: a quibble.
