We run security rounds throughout the building every few hours, and you can always contact reception which is available 24/7 if anything disturbs your stay. Rest assured, we are actively working on solutions to improve the efficiency of our check-in process and baggage storage facilities to ensure a smoother experience for our guests.We regret to learn that you found your room noisy and the surrounding area less than ideal. Our team strives to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for all our guests, and we apologize if we fell short of meeting your expectations in this regard.
