"We took our boat, great location to Lake Monroe. We had dinner at the Fairfax Bar and Grill. GREAT DINNER, food was delicious and great friendly service and it is dog friendly. Our cabin was fine for our needs. There were holes in the screen but a gentleman came and sprayed the wasps. Dog MUST be on leash."

"We had a wonderful stay here! There were 4 of us (all adults), and we had ample space. The house itself is beautiful, with lots of wood paneling and matching furniture. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the house was well-stocked with dishes and towels. Everything in the house, including the furniture, was in great condition and looked almost new. The deck is a particular gem and has 2 loungers on one side and an outdoor table on the other. "This property is just as described. Snuggled in the woods, the views from the many decks invite you to slow down and take it all in! This was our first family “girls trip” and we truly enjoyed both the abundance of gathering spaces but the privacy of us each having a bedroom and on-suite bathroom."

"This cabin and property are beautiful here, and the hospitality is wonderful. It’s a great, natural escape near Bloomington. There are some small minor maintenance issues that haven’t been addressed: a pocket door missing a fixture required to keep it on its track, two small, inhabited wasp nests on the inside of the partial screen by the bedroom window. We hope these are addressed soon to get this cabin back to its near perfect standard from the last time we stayed here. Overall, they didn’t...
