"The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. The gated underground parking lots is nice for either hot or cold weather. The hotel is well maintain for all these years. Bed was comfortable and full side refrigerator was nice to store our food and drinks."

"Check-in was awesome. The front desk young lady named Taylor was so friendly and helpful. She was very professional and made me feel important instead of being a bother. The only thing I gave four stars to is not having coffee in the room. It is available in the lobby, but who wants to go to the lobby first thing in the morning. Overall, this is the best place to stay in Bishop."
