Best Western Bishop Lodge

"Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff that we encountered were all very nice. Our room was toward the back so it was mostly quiet. Breakfast was okay. We only ate it 1 time out of the 3 days we were there but theres waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, instant oatmeal, toast, juice/coffee,etc. Our only complaint is the bed. It was not comfortable at all. The mattress was to soft (for our liking) and it felt like sleeping on a air mattress. So we did not sleep well for the 3 nights we were there. So that was a bummer. If you are staying 1 night or like soft mattresses then we recommend staying here."

"Except for an out-of-order elevator, the property was very well maintained and clean. We were told we were randomly chosen to be upgraded from a one-bedroom condo to a two-bedroom unit upon check-in. It’s the quiet shoulder season in Mammoth, so it’s a great time to visit without the crowds and high season prices. We’ll be back!"

"We loved the location for a kick off to our camping trip further up 395. An important point to note is the Front Desk closes. We made it with about 40 minutes to spare. That made our drive up after work, in traffic etc. a bit hectic. Other than that we loved the room, decor, and onsite breakfast spot."

"We loved our stay with the Sierra House, our room was so spacious, clean, and with mountain view. Check in was super easy, the lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast included would have been amazing. Overall, just perfect and still within short distances to shops and restaurants. Our room feels we are so secure. We would go stay again if in the area. Thank you."

"We stayed here for a short visit before hiking boundary peak. Although we were only at the property for a short period of time, the hosts made us feel very welcome and were very accommodating and the property had everything we needed for our stay :-)"
