A charming little cottage renovated to a very high standard with many lovely details. The local area had lovely walks and there was an excellent friendly pub within a short walk. The host was very welcoming and helpful.
It has always been my dream to live in a thatched cottage and decided that a stay at Tudor Rose Cottage would be a great opportunity, it did not disappoint. Not only is the outside beautiful, but the inside is too, also functional and extremely comfortable Denise left us some delicious treats, I appreciated the fresh flowers around the cottage and there is a very lovely pub just a few minutes walk away.I would recommend a stay here and it is a beautiful part of Dorset with plenty to see Thank you Denise, Lee and I had a fab time.
Not only was Tudor Rose Cottage beautiful inside and out furnished to a high standard with every single thing you could possibly want including an incredibly comfortable warm snuggly bed, gorgeous bathroom, goodies and kitchen that was perfect. Beautiful attention to detail The flowers the generous welcome back it was all spot on. It was immaculately clean. I couldn’t fault it five stars thank you.
Absolutely gorgeous home in a beautiful place. The pub in the village is an amazing English pub with fires, there’s the most amazing walks right on the doorstep.Denise is a wonderful host and the cottage was the most perfect Christmas getaway
Spotlessly clean with lovely (and very welcome) touches on arrival. The furniture and bed, were incredibly comfortable. Decorations were charming, whimsical and fun. The dishes and cups and kitchen were more than adequate in style and supply. Quiet (loved the horse traffic), easy to access from our friends in child Okeford. Great accommodation in one of the most beautiful places in England! We will likely become regulars and our friends will also be referring their overflow. Thanks Denise!
