Nice quiet location, although to the side of the property is small area with trees which has been used to dump scrap cars, building waste, broken furniture and other junk. There is a lovely little forest and footpaths to walk from the property though. Dreamwood is compact and basic, but fully equipped with everything you would need. We found the bed and sofa too low down to the ground, which made getting up difficult. We also felt the kitchen table, chairs and footstool were too large for the space available. The property was clean but showed signs of being well used by other guests. Hot tub was lovely and maintained each day.
