"We had a wonderful stay at this self-catering apartment! The unit was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Having a washer and laundry facilities right in the apartment was such a huge convenience during our trip. While there weren’t food options on-site, the location was perfect — only about four blocks from Tesco, making it easy to grab groceries and cook meals whenever we wanted. "Very chic and charming hotel. I would definitely stay here again, especially since it is part of the IHG family. My only complaints relate to communication and loyalty program recognition. When I made my reservation, there was no option to add my IHG member number. I contacted the hotel and provided my membership information when requested, but my stay has still not been credited to my account. Additionally, due to a significant flight delay, we arrived much later than expected and sent a message to the hotel to notify them. Unfortunately, we never received a response, and upon arrival, staff initially believed we were a no-show. Overall, the property itself was wonderful, but improving communication with guests before arrival would make the experience even better"
