Clean, Good Location, Excellent Communication
The rental property was clean and in a safe location not too far from city center. The communication was top-notch. We did have problems with the hot water, but other than that we had a satisfactory stay.

Stayed there overnight to fly out the next day; nice enough place, central location. Parking structure is nearby and reasonably priced.

This property is in a college area about 15 minute walk to town center. You walk past the transportation bus center and there are homeless along the way. The building has grungy feel to it. It has a dorm feel to it. Dimly lit hallways. The unit was cleaned but there were stains on the throw rug. The beds were a little uncomfortable with soft mats. Not sure but 2 of the 3 of us felt itchy so not sure if there could be bed bugs or not or if it was from the cleaning products possibly used. The curtains are more like material just added there and to long so drug on floor.The shower heat button would not turn down so water was scalding hot. Bathroom was small. Informed the contact person for unit but it wasn't fixed while we were there. Kitchen was small but we didnt use it. The small fridge was wiped but not completely clean. Unit best for young college students that are not fussy just wanting a place to put there stuff.
