Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly. Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants. Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems. All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."

"On arrival we had our parking space reserved with my name on it which was excellent. We were greeted by the team who were so very friendly and welcoming. They prepared tea and cake whilst we ran through the arrival papers. Then we were taken to our room which was just what we had hoped for. It was very quiet with a balcony and four poster bed! The hotel was situated within a few minutes walk from the town and its pubs, restaurants and cafes it was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was great, a good choice and served with a smile and a chat! All told it was a lovely place to stay and all being well we will be back there before too long!!"

"A very nice but old building. No disabled parking but told to use the dropping off section out the front so that was ok. Room was nice but quite small to manoeuvre round the bed if you were sleeping on the left side. No air conditioning which was disappointing in these temps. Did have a fan so that went on and stayed on til we left the next day. Surprised the bar shut by 11 nowhere to get a nice cold drink. The restaurant was fully booked because there was an 80th party going in which we weren’t pre warned about. Luckily hubby hadn’t had a drink so we went out into Lymington to find somewhere to eat. Indoor & outdoors pools were ok just needed a little tlc really. Breakfast was very nice cannot fault that at all. Sausages and bacon very tasty as was all the hot choice."

Enjoyed seeing the donkeys roaming around the village. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Couldn't fault it. We would definitely recommend it. You won't find a nicee place to stay in Brockenhurst."

"Had a lovely weekend at the Oak Tree Rooms, our room was very clean and had everything we needed, the bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent. Paulina and Bruno were very accommodating and let drop off my bag before check in and leave it there after check out. The garden was lovely to hang out in after a long day of hiking. Would happily recommend this to anyone - especially if traveling by train as it’s very close to the station."
