"What a fantastic stay! The views of the sea and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous. The house was clean and had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, heated pool, BBQ, and plenty of fun with table tennis and badminton. "We did not stay at this property. On line listing had provided a photo of sea and ferry terminal indicating that property overlooked same . It did not. Main window looks out onto a busy road , with cars parked all along it. The main gate , under house , ground to roof height was difficult to open , 2 sides ,both locked at ground and roof. Even property owner had difficultly closing. We left and found great accommodation close by with sea views"

"Lovely staff and great pub! Clean rooms, comfy beds, and great pressure in the shower!! All you really need. Short walk to the beach and easy access to coffee shops and supermarkets. Pub meals were excellent!!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this holiday house in Umina Beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, making it perfect for our family. The views were absolutely beautiful, overlooking the beach, and having private access to the beach was a huge highlight for us.The outdoor back area was massive and great for relaxing and spending time together. Everything inside the house was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. Another bonus was the location, the shops were only a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient.Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would happily return."
