Small pool, ideal for private use with a small family. Staff were very polite & helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Breakfast was lovely, service was fab & you could have as much or as little as you wanted.

Don’t recommend
The room was not ready on arrival at 3. We were in a box room were they had put 2 single beds tail to tail, there was a very small table and wardrobe that look as though they had found them in a skip. The bedding was very old and we were left a us a hand towel each. There was no daily house keeping. The guests above us were very noisy stomping on the floor till about 2 in the morning, and one of the 2 members of staff was noisy down stairs, so I got very little sleep The breakfast was ok.
Good location. Good breakfast. Nice hosts.
Our double room was quite small i.e. a single room with a double bed crammed into it. One side of the double bed was against the wall, which meant I had to climb over my partner to get to the tiny bathroom at night. The bedding seemed old and very much at the lower end of the value range, in the sense that they were almost transparent.
The hotel needs an upgrade, but at these prices I can't really complain, so this is more of an observation than a whinge.
All in all, it was OK, and we enjoyed our stay!
Thank you!
Very poor service when checking in. down trodden accommodation, expect that for £25 to charge £60 for this place is ridiculous. Will not book there again.

DON'T BOOK, LOOK ELSEWHERE
No customer service skills , was given a family room when we paid for 2 double rooms, tried to say there had been a leak but weren't willing to prove this as they hadn't got the keys to the rooms ( in our opinion they had already let out the rooms to other people ) said we couldn't complain to them as we booked n paid through hotels.com, which again was aload of crap as clearly they received the payment as they had our reservation and to offer us the family room, in the 1st place! Didn't have breakfast as the kitchen area looked filthy! Totally ignored in the morning, no good morning, no thank u, no we will see u again no nothing...disgusting! Been coming to Blackpool for years and this was our worst experience! The only good thing about the stay was the location of the hotel, would rather give our money to the people on the streets than to pay to stay here again !
Very small room, bed was uncomfortable felt like I was falling out of bed all night as the mattress seemed to be slanted. Shower looked like needed a good clean around the tiles.

This hotel is what you would expect to find for the money , lounge & eating area has obviously been refurbished & is very pleasant , bedrooms could defiantly do with an update , bed was really uncomfortable with only 1 very used flat pillow each, breakfast was nice & freshly cooked . Location was good pretty central to everything.
