Good little get away

Only stayed for 1 night, convenient to walk to from car park to hotel. Our room was on top floor, lift was fit for our purpose. £20 for 1 small dog for 1 night! Breakfast was ok Room was small, cracks in the ceiling and the Shower mat was paper-single use only.

The management didn’t provide me breakfast (included in my booking) for the reason that there was only one guest (me). Fair enough, but no apology was given and no attempt to compensate me was made. They gave me a heater meant for a toilet for my room. It was -2 (30 F) degrees C.! I had to sleep in layers of clothing. The manager made me feel like she was doing me a favour by waiting for me . I arrived at 3pm (after she messaged me “where are you, are you nearly here?”). All because she wanted to go home. Very unprofessional. I only stayed on because I had to attend an event 2 min walk away. Not a good experienced. For the same money I could’ve stayed in a proper 4 star hotel.

Very noisy, great location

Room tidy and clean, location was perfect, breakfast was alright, there was a dance competition on and the hotel was full of them. You would think the kids would be having an early night if dancing the next morning but that wasnt the case the parents where steaming in the bar until it closed at half 1 kids running riot and the noise was mental. Might be ok if your room is on a higher level but ours was right next it.
