"Pool, patio picnic area was spotless, trash cans dumped everyday,, room was so clean front desk accommodated us with early arrival (2hrs). "

"Beautiful area, was a great location for Hollywood and universal. The hotel was well equipped with amenities, the staff was friendly and competent and the grounds and rooms were well kept and clean. Enjoyed staying here very much "

"Everything was ok except the mattress. It was not good at all. Very disappointing. The breakfast food wasn’t that great, either. Also surprised that we paid $31 a night to park. Understand when this happens in downtown LA but not Woodland Hills. The one staff that was very nice was Marge. About 15 min before we left the fire alarm went off I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. The alarm continued to go off. I called the front desk and talked to Marge. It was their yearly fire alarm drill. I told her I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. She said she would bring one up to us and that it was ok to use the elevator even tho the doors were closed (happens automatically). She arrived quickly and we escaped - the alarm continued. Just a note that the person at the desk at night barely looked at us when we arrived around 6pm the night before. Wouldn’t you think they would at least smile? I’m surprised the Hilton brand would put their name on this property. Oh well, we won’t be back!"
