"The rooms, bathrooms, etc.were nice. Very comfortable bed. My only complaint is the parking charge. I selected to park for 2 hours the first night i was there. The posted charge for 2 hours was $14.00, which i agreed to, parking my car in the garage from 10:45 pm. to 12:00 am..Inspite of this, i was charged $55.00. A charge for a full day. In total i was charged $110.00 for 1 full day and the specifically requested 2 hour parking. Bad business. Left me greatly disappointed. Especially since staff proceeded to argue with me about it. The facts are the facts."
"Staff is always very friendly an accommodating. We alwys get early check in because we go dor my daughters dance intensive on NoHo 3x a year and are there early. Rolm is always teady by noon.
We get the suite with the twin bed . Great littel area for my daughter. Rooms are always clean
My only complaint is that this time we had to use the heater because its wintwr and cold and the heater made a clicking sound all night that kept me up . I didnt complain because we have never had those issues before and honestly we love this hotel. It was a vit annoying but nit enough to keep me from going back."
