About this property
Hearth & Timber - 200-Year-Old Log Cabin In Town
Hearth & Timber is a historic log cabin nestled in the heart of Black Mountain, offering rare long-range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains over Black Mountain Golf Course.
Built in the early 1800s and expanded in 1920, this one-of-a-kind retreat blends original hand-hewn historic craftsmanship with modern comfort.
The stone fireplace, now outfitted with gas logs, is the heart of the original one room log cabin and the center of every gathering.
The king bedroom offers surprising luxury and comfort with a large screen TV and electric fireplace.
The family room comfortably fits up to five and has its own large screen TV.
And with two spacious porches, hot tub, and fire pit, you'll find plenty of opportunities to be outdoors breathing the mountain air.
As one of the most unique stays in Black Mountain, Hearth and Timber is the perfect base for golf trips, family vacations, romantic getaways and anyone that appreciates a cabin with soul.
