"Great place to stay"

"The facility and the staff were excellent!!! The parking and valet situation were a bit frustrating. The facility was valet only and the drop off could be a bit delayed because the valet and the rideshare were in the same place. And retrieving the car at high volume points took a long time."

"Almost everything was great. The carpets either need cleaned or replaced. A few oddities here and there in the property like the closet was lopsided. No issues with cleanliness. The staff were great. One member was good but very nonchalant. I’d stay again. Not perfect but not bad. "

"Our stay here was okay. Hot water was a bit inconsistent at times and it seemed like random things in our room wouldn’t work right, like the blinds and the office chair. Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was really underwhelming. Nothing memorable, and would probably stay somewhere else if in town again "

"This townhome is in a convenient and quiet area. The host was very responsive and friendly. It has everything for a quick stay. We would stay again if visiting for a quick weekend trip. "

"My stars were all high. But my overall rating was a three. This is because of small things that added up. The shower kept going from scalding hot to freezing cold every minute or so. There was *constant* banging around heard from another room that could be heard in the bathroom, even at 3am. The snack bar was not staffed, the machine wouldn't work with cards, and they had no utensils for things like ice cream. The sink was slow to drain, so it backed up frequently. One of the elevators broke. The room was rather small for the price. However, the room was clean. The bed was AMAZING. The staff was respectful and nice. The restaurant was good. The location was exactly what we needed. Parking was perfect (though expensive) and valet was optional. The view was nice in the room and the working elevators were quick and efficient. "
