"Property was not the cleanest"

"I have been in a lot of hotels and find them to be similar and would give them a 3 star rating but this hotel The Moxly from checking in to checking out proved to be a 5 star hotel. The room rates were very much affordable and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was so polite and friendly at check in. Parking was a breeze and their outdoor amenity areas along with the indoor bar was actively live and entertaining. I plan to return to Moxy and definable would recommend to others."

"The entry to check into the hotel was cumbersome. No place to park while you complete check in and get keys. The garage door only opens with a hotel key. Just a backwards situation. Parking is not optional. Add $80 to your total bill. My room door wouldn't lock. I tried to call maintenance to get help and no one answered the front desk. I had to leave my room unlocked and physically go down to the lobby to report the door. Front desk staff were rude, dismissive and inattentive. As a Hilton Honors member, I should have received my complimentary water at check in. I had to request it next day and still had trouble getting it then. Overall horrible experience. I wanted so badly to like It."

"The room I reserved was overbooked by Expedia so I did not get the room I needed. The hotel is a cool building and we enjoyed the area. The room we ended up with was spacious. The pictures that you see with a balcony looking railing outside, those doors do not open. The staff were fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful but there were times that they just did not have enough staff for a hotel that size, the same person running the front desk was also running around delivering blankets and towels to rooms. That staff member did a fantastic job but the hotel just needed to staff more people."

"I really like the safety protocols they have in place. You have to have a card key to access the elevator as well as all the floors. Having the lobby at the top of the hotel was really cool. We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the city. It was so pretty. Room was clean, fluffy towels, comfy bed."
