Excellent location and parking, access really good. Mattress old and uncomfortable didnt sleep Light in the shower room on and off all the time Door to shower had black insulation tape over the handle. Shower room very small, bit awkward gettimg to the toilet. Towels very small and old .. not big enough as a bath towel

You get what you pay for !!
Very sparse room with the tiniest TV, scruffy bathroom, shower head that wouldn’t stay upright and the water pressure was poor. Kitchen facilities but you were not allowed to use the oven ????

Hi Dean, thank you for your comments. There are very few occasions where we will never be able to please the 1% of guests that stay with us. Your review is very bleak and negative. Thankfully our reviews on this and other forums paint a very different picture. We wish you all the best and more positivity. The glass isn't always half empty!

Everything fine. Good size very clean single room. Nice kitchen, variety of tea, coffee and cereal. Decent continental breakfast. Best price for accommodation, around Stansted airport. Recommend
