The attention to detail that Sandy and Gord apply to their home is excellent. I have reserved numerous homes and this home was the best out of all of them. "The hotel was clean, and the staff member we spoke with was very friendly. However, we stayed there for the amenities so our kids could use the pool. However, when we arrived, they advised the pool would be closed for a couple of weeks for a deep cleaning. I feel this information should’ve been relayed to companies like Expedia so people didn’t book believing that they have use of the amenities. We were able to get a full refund, but we just wouldn’t have booked knowing that the pool was closed in the first place."
