"This Hotel was our best stay in Japan. "Classy Deluxe" rooms huge by Japan standards. Hotel clean & well maintained & presented. Great location easy walk to most sightseeing & eating venues or a short train ride with easy access to train stations. Guest Lounge on 3rd floor well appointed space for guest but catering in terms on coffee, drinks, snacks provide not great. Absolutely would stay again when in Kyoto"

"The room was really nice. Very spacious and beautifully designed. Our room appeared to be one of two rooms overlooking a car park but that didn’t bother us. It was a bonus to be able to log in to Netflix at the end of long days touring and making use of the hotel’s happy hour between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. There’s easy access to their garden. We didn’t eat at their restaurant and the breakfast option did seem a bit pricey. All staff were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend."
