The staff were kind and helpful throughout and the breakfast was just right to get us energized for the day. The trail to Lopes Mendes is close to the property too. Visit the museum next door when staying. It is beautiful and interesting. Very much recommended"

"A beautiful hidden treasure. Jose was great helping us out on the check in process and our maid, Marissa made sure we felt like home. She made a great steak for us for lunch and nice break everyday we were there. They didn’t know English, but you should be fine with Google Translator. The place is about 15 minutes from downtown, where you can board speed boat to Ilha Grande."
