The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club

10/10 Excellent
"Second time staying here. Good location, ten minute walk from Birmingham Airport, NEC and Resort World. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Spacious, comfortable room. Very good sleep. Shower could do with a modern upgrade - shower head fixed to wall below head height, water pressure fluctuated. Didn't have chance to use the leisure facilities but they looked nice. Spacious lounge bar, reasonably priced restaurant. All staff very friendly and polite. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable we were able to check in early which really helped with our plans, the hotel is very busy which means there are long waiting times for the lifts & the breakfast buffet was particularly busy, having said that the food was plentiful hot and of quality you would expect for the price paid"
