"Having stayed here previously, i chose this hotel versus others more central to Birmingham. An easy walk from Jewellery Quarter rail station. The room was smart, clean & comfortable. "

"Staff were super friendly. Room great
Lunch club sandwich delicious.
Continental breakfast was pretty sparse as items not replenished, asked staff member for hot water for tea, a few other basic items also. Once we’d had those couple there was nothing for the next people … not worth the price for sure. Otherwise really liked the hotel. "

"Everything was perfect, the room was so big and nice, the bathroom was amazing, and they even gave gowns, towels, a hair dryer and an iron. The pillows and bed were exceptional too. My only gripe was that the TV wasn't a smart TV so you couldn't watch netflix or YouTube on it, other than that my stay was perfect."
