"We paid for the breakfast it was not free as this review might suggest. Well worth the money, the whole place was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant/hotel/ wildlife park were polite, helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was smallish but so very clean and bathroom was lovely and again very clean, plenty of tea coffee etc in rooms. I loved every minute of my stay. "

"Nice room. The body lotion had ran out. I let the person on the desk know when we left but he didn’t make any notes wonder how long it had been like that. Shame as the tiny bit I did get out smelt lovely. Would’ve asked for more but only there one night. "

"My daughter and I had a lovely stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly and gave us information about the trams. The breakfast and the room was excellent. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you all for a great stay. "

"We stayed for a last minute break with our dog. The room was spacious and clean. A lovely big bathroom. We had drinks in the bar at night and a nice breakfast the next morning. We really enjoyed it. The staff were lovely, made a fuss of our dog and made us feel more than welcome. "

"Had a great stay, room service was great and clean and comfortable. The only downside I had in room 126 was that you could hear the gym, treadmill, dropping weights etc woke me up very early. Would stay again but would ask to be as far away from the gym as possible. "
