"I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. "This property exceeded our expectations. It combined tradition with modern comfort, the staff was exceptionally nice."

"So, we had to check in at the hotel next door - didn't know that till we read the sign on the door. The hotel is a few blocks from train station through the heart of Zermatt, and some curvy allys to get there. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a shared terrace but it was a little dirty but no big deal. Beds were comfy. Had to borrow hair dryer at front desk - they don't supply them in the room. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We got there early and they have a room to keep your luggage safe and secure that includes a shower! If I ever went again, I'd consider this hotel to stay at un Zermatt! Oh, also included a breakfast that I unfortunately we did not partake in because we had to leave early."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our room was beautiful with our balcony looking out towards the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough for us. The pool area was really nice and the pool temperature was lovely. Would definitely come back to this hotel."
