"The average hotel is more for 3 stars. The hotel is in a good position, but they still need to work on the quality and the rooms, the room I stayed in was very small but extremely cold and even if the air conditioner was turned off, the room was still cold because the air conditioner was constantly blowing. The hotel staff is very friendly, the food is ok, you can really find everything to eat, I had a full board with one drink, it's not bad and the food is ok. I will not review the hotel again...

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel until they filled the remainder of our floor with a school trip of around thirty 14 yr olds who had no regard for anyone else, they were extremely loud and disrupted the peace and quiet all night long. "Excellent location . We had booked a superior room with seaview terrace but were very disappointed with the room . Although we did not complain, we referred to this in a review the hotel asked us for shortly after arrival. Immediately the manager responded and he and his team went out of their way to offer us three alternative room choices. We were very impressed with their response and moved to another room of the same grade but with much better proportions. The hotel is very clean and comfortable , newly refurbished and the staff are very efficient and friendly . Breakfast buffet has a very wide selection as does the evening buffet. The location right on the beach is superb as is the pool area . Arguably the best hotel on this stretch of coastline and within minutes of the old town . Bus station is only 5 minutes away from where you can travel to major centres of Split, Dubrovnik and Mostar over the border for superb sightseeing and stunning scenery all round."
