"Bad Points: ts a very old and rundown 3 level hotel. Its really cheap like $23 - $35 per night. Be prepared to hear loud music after 12mn till 3am. No sound proof room. Can hear very loud n clear for passerby outside your room. Good points : Walkable to Batam city Square and Grand Batam mall. There are famous Lapis No 1, many foodcourt below or opposite the hotel. There is a wet market just beside the hotel. There is a A2 foodcourt with varieties food selection. Excellent : HOTEL...
