He was friendly, respectful and helpful and took the time to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable and able to get into the studio. The property was clean and organised and very well kitted out. The bed is super comfy. We loved staying here and will be back."

"It has a very good outlook over the golf course but the views to seaward are limited and not quite what we expected! Overall the property is showing marked signs of aging and could do with a complete internal (and partial external) renovation. Not better than just fair value for money! "

"Nice apartment with everything we needed. Laundry area is a little grungy and entire property needs a good power wash. Now the positives: outstanding view and balcony area, great little kitchen. It’s also comforting to have own parking stall and easy rubbish removal. Beware of one inch step up into bathroom-I managed to trip! Also shower drains very slowly. Good location to town and 2 beaches a few footsteps away. Would definitely recommend."

"The garage on the property was a big plus for us and everything we needed was at the property. We booked for 2 people only so the upstairs was locked up and unusable so unable to comment on those amenities. Downstairs area was clean and spacious. "

"The apartment is very pleasant inside and beautifully clean, just as shown by the pictures. There is a good size pool which was also very clean. Easy bike ride into Batemans Bay"

"Convenient location, easy 5 minute walk to Batehaven shops which has a big IGA, newsagent and bakery. Across the road from a playground and Corrigan's Beach which is nice for a walk and collecting shells. Apartment was quiet and comfortable with a very well-appointed kitchen. The showers and the outdoor space needed a thorough cleaning but the rest of the apartment was clean."

"The view is spectacular and location is perfect being an easy walk to most things. The only draw back is the seven flights of stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment."
