"as always, Marriott showers smell like mildew. I have to say the staff at this property went above and beyond with any question, request or attitude. It was really amazing to see such great customer service within New York City. Please extend my thank you to everyone who covered the front desk, concierge, security, and the conference that was going on. If we can just get rid of the smell in the bath tubs or shower curtains, which I have come accustomed to at Marriott’s, my review would be so much better."

"Didn’t feel like a safe place, room also rented by the hour. There was shouting at night a large amount of noise from outside. Would not recommend."
