Greater attention to detail is needed. Eg. Sheets worn and didn’t fit beds, broken bathroom door handle preventing its closure, one sink inoperable and other missing tap handle. No additional toilet rolls and no laundry washing detergent. Has a lot of unrealised potential and needs a freshen up.

Unfortunately this was our first VRBO stay that was unsatisfactory. The check in process was confusing but fortunately we had a friend who spoke Spanish and could translate for us. The location was great but it was the only thing that was accurate about this property. We checked in on Monday night and hoped for a hot shower. There was no hot water. In addition there were multiple items that were not working including one whole sink in the double bathroom and only the left handle on the other sink where there was no hot water. The bathroom handle was broken and I cut my finger pretty badly on it. In addition the stovetop did not work (no gas) and no handle to turn the kitchen sink on and off. Storage for clothing was also in issue in 2 of the bedrooms and the bedding was old. But the main issue was the hot water. We contacted the host multiple times by text and phone calls and she assured us that someone would be out to fix it. When Wednesday rolled around and we still had no hot water at 3:00 pm we checked into a hotel. We have requested a full refund and are still waiting on a response from VRBO. The worst part of the whole thing is that the host never took the time to come see what problems we were having, I wished I had seen the previous review before I booked our stay. There was more than enough time to fix all of these problems before we checked in. I do not recommend this property to anyone before all items are addressed. It was a very disappointing stay for us.
