"Everything about the new Bilbao hotel is 5 star
I would stay no where else From arrival to departure I recommend it to anyone travelling. The staff are friendly and efficient making the check in and out as easy as possible for tired guests The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean and at a comfortable temperature.
Breakfast is reasonably priced and served for people from4-45am - 10am.
There is another hotel nearby but I would never stay anywhere else. "

"The room was fine near a bus stop a 20 minute walk to the city. Got there early only to see the previous occupants. Wait for a cab. Take the six suitcases out of the room and there are three cats. I’m allergic to cats."
