"On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed and didn’t leave the hotel. We booked in for a meal which was fantastic. It was a busy evening as there was a party but it didn’t impact on our evening. The service was excellent and staff were attentive and accommodating but not overbearing. The next morning we enjoyed a great breakfast with various choices - full English for us, as always. Probably the only criticism I could make was that the coffee could have been hotter. We will definitely return and are already booked in for a night in December when visiting family again."

"We have stayed in another property at this location previously, the apartments have an amazing location, minutes from the centre of Westward Ho! The apartment was clean, comfortable and even had a welcome pack. Amenities were great, including an iron and board, hair dryer and hoover. Great on sight parking and a lively community feel onsite! Communication was timely, clear and professional. We have no doubt, we will be rebooking!"

"Cabin was cosy and fun for the kids, there were a lot of spider webs on the underside of the bunk beds which freaked my son out as he hates spiders. Overall it’s a nice quiet and relaxing place for a break. We enjoyed roughing it by cooking on a small stove. The maintenance guys were very helpful for retrieving a shuttlecock we hit on the roof. Would definitely stay again. "
