"My family of four enjoyed staying at this lovely beach condo very much. It is truly a short block to the beach and the stairs to third floor are not bad at all. Water pressure is amazing, which can be hit or miss at the beach. Beds are comfortable and the place was clean. We would stay there again!"

"It was convenient to where I needed to be everyday. It was close to Starbucks, Grocery stores, and Shopping. The breakfast was decent, the room was nice. The only issue was a smell of smoke in the hallways, but it didn't seem to be in the room, so that was nice. The AC worked well, the overhead fan was great for the heat."

"The only issue I am having is the payment. I had Hotels.com take entire payment up front like I requested. I was charged. BUT when I got to the property and checked in they needed my credit card for the $50 deposit he said that would be refundable. I understand that 100% BUT they also have another pending amount for $229.03 on my credit card still and this is almost 5 days later. Both of these deposits should have dropped off my account already so I’m a bit concerned having my money tied up."

"We just stayed at this cottage for 2 nights this week. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. This cottage was absolutely perfect! It was so spotless that it seemed like a newly built home. It smelled so fresh and the property was exactly as described . I will definitely go back when I can."

"The pool wasn't available . The house keeping staff was outside a side exit off the lobby smoking . You had to walk past the smoke to get to the parking lot . The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk should have had information about local restaurants and restaurants that delivered . It was convent and worth a second look if they make a few changes . We shall see ."

"The house was well stocked with everything including beach towels. We had other groups in the area and this house was by far the best. The walk to the beach was a little far but we had no traffic near the house and great access to the river. I would stay again and would bring more kayaks and paddle boards."

"This was a great place for our vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The host even had dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper available. I didn’t have to use what I brought with me. The rooms were nice. The master bedroom was spacious and the master bath was roomy with a seat in the shower which would be great for traveling with someone who would need that. The master closet was very roomy and had a washer dryer. The location is great and beach access was easy for us. One of the best things was a storage area for beach items, so you didn’t have to bring them up to the room. The host included beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Other items were available as well. The host was very helpful! It was the easiest check-in and out we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this property. If you bring children, there is an indoor pool although we stayed at the beach and did not use it."
