"Condo was adorable and very conveniently located, literally steps to beach! I was surprised to find a couple small pieces of trash, nothing nasty, just empty Parmesan cheese packets) laying behind the trash can in the room. Upon entering, the lights and tv were on, and for a second I questioned whether the room was already occupied. This could have been customary..The swimming pool and area was really nice and very clean. Parking right at the building. Boulineau’s close by which is a huge plus!I was provided with helpful check-in information prior to my check in, and property owner/manager made themselves easily available if needed. No need though, everything was great! Would definitely stay again, and wouldn’t mind renting year round! "

"Couldn't have asked for better communication from owner . Our family had a great vacation ,the house is easy walking distance to the beach . Fishing from the dock and kayaking were lots of fun. This property has everything you would need for a wonderful vacation ! Look forward to enjoying this property again ! Thank you for sharing your house for others to enjoy and make memories ! "

"Wonderful property. Quiet, clean, and very relaxing atmosphere. Kids and adults loved the pool and the extremly short walk to the beach-- you are literally walking straight up to the beach access with in 2 min. House was very clean and we had enough towels,linen, kitchen accessories. Fenced in yard extremly clean for a pet friendly place! Loved the covered parking also! Would definitely recommend staying here. "
