Oceanfront Condo w/ beautiful view of Cherry Grove Beach. Close to "The Point"

This 4th-floor unit is freshly painted and sleeps 7. It boasts a brand-new furnace, hot water heater and central air with a washer and dryer for your comfort. The master bedroom has a full brand-new bathroom, new king bed, and sliding glass door access to the oceanfront balcony. The glass out to the oceanfront balcony in the living room was just replaced for a clear view of the ocean. All kitchen appliances were updated in August 2020. The balcony was recently waterproofed and there is brand new outdoor furniture.
The second bedroom has a single and queen size bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed with a desk. There are TVs with cable in each room and wifi with instructions next to each television. The second bath has been recently updated with new fixtures, floor and vanity. The unit is steps away from the pristine Cherry Grove beach with Lifeguards on duty in season. The 4th-floor unit includes parking passes for the parking garage that goes right up to the 4th floor for easy access to the unit. An indoor pool and hot tub are available for when you need a break from the sun. The building has an elevator, barbecue, and picnic area.

Cherry Grove is a quiet beachfront area that has been ranked by TripAdvisor as the #11 best beach nationwide. The beach in front of the unit is never overcrowded and a lifeguard is on duty in season. A few hundred yards down the beach the inlet meets the ocean and the sunrises and nature are breathtaking. The property is away from the congestion but just a short drive or uber ride to the action. You'll find this condo in a scenic salt marsh area with colorful and fascinating wildlife. Relax on the oceanfront balcony and watch the waves roll in. Grab your crab line and net - catch your own fresh seafood dinner. There's even a local fishing pier where you can try your luck with rod & reel. Heritage Shores Nature Preserve at the end of 56th Avenue North is a natural island in the salt marsh with hiking trails, boardwalks, observation decks, picnic shelters and lots more eco-friendly fun.
Unit rents weekly Saturday to Saturday in the high season (mid-May through August).

Linens are provided for your connivence. The beds have sheets, quilt and pillows. An additional blanket can be found in the bedroom's closet. The main bathroom with have six bath towels, two hand towels and two wash clothes with extra wash clothes under the sink.

By far the nicest rental we have stayed in. Amazing ocean view. Just steps from the beach. The host had thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Meticulously decorated. I seriously can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

My, husband, brother, 92 year old mother and I found the accommodations were perfect for our needs. Very comfortable condo that was very neat and clean. The owner immediately responded to calls regarding questions. A wonderful vacation place.

Family girls trip

My two sisters, my daughter, her children, and my sister’s granddaughter took a family girls trip. We loved the condo and especially appreciated the walk in shower with a seat as my sister is disabled. The decor was beautiful , but proved a temptation for the two year old. The location of the complex and the unit itself was perfect.

This was a cute/fun decorated condo. Beds were fairly comfy and view was good. Appreciate that beds weren't jacked way off the floor since I travel with an 82 year old. Nice quiet section of Cherry Grove.

Perfect location

We had the best time during our stay. This condo is in the perfect location. It is a short walk to the beach, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to everything you need. The condo is very spacious and beautifully set up. We will definitely be back next year!

Long weekend for the race

We did a quick weekend only got to enjoy the beach one day. Everything was great. Only thing that would make it better is if there was an outdoor pool. Highly recommend this location.

We stayed April 2-9, 2025. Our Hosts, Dennis and Christine were amazing. Excellent communication before, during, and after our trip. They gave us information about the area and recommendations based on what we liked to do. The condo was warm and inviting with a great beach theme. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful views from the balcony. We walked the beach in the am and saw the sunrise every morning. We loved the location and the natural beach area. Great storage area with everything you need for a leisurely day at the beach. Fully stocked kitchen including 2 different types of coffee makers to make me feel right at home. Great vacation with excellent accommodations! Highly recommended!

The Condo was immaculate. Everything was top quality. The ocean view was so wonderful. The extra amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, added to the experience. Owners were great at communication. I give it 5 stars and highly recommend it!

The perfect condo!

We finally found the perfect condo! Clean, updated, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. This condo was perfect for us as we fly down and can’t bring a lot of amenities and beach stuff on the plane. The condo had everything we needed as far as linen and towels and even had a locker with beach chairs and an umbrella! We will be coming back again and again, and have already reserved our week for next year! Book this condo! You won’t be disappointed!!!

🏖️❤️Fabulous stay in Cherry Grove❤️🏖️

We could not have asked for a better condo in Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach for our family of 5. ❤️🏖️❤️ The condo is immaculate, well equipped, and the decor is amazing! You can tell they definitely take pride in their space they share with renters. It has everything you could want in the kitchen. I am not sure there is one thing missing that you could need. All three bedrooms were perfect for all of us to have our own space comfortably. Wonderful view of the ocean. The locker space with all the beach chairs and umbrellas was incredibly convenient and appreciated. Definitely enjoyed the location and being on the farthest most point away from the crowds, but easily drivable to get anywhere you want. We honestly are planning a trip back here next year because we loved it so much. Thank you Dennis and Christine for sharing your beautiful condo, and we hope that we can book with you again next year!! 🐚❤️🏖️

The Nicest Condo We Have Stayed at In The Cherry Grove Beach Area

We have stayed at numerous condos in this area over the past 3 years and this one was the nicest and also the cleanest, and you can immediately determine that the owners really care about their guests and take pride in their unit. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable, the other two bedrooms were very nice as well. The view from the balcony is wonderful and where the unit is located, it is as convenient as you can get being located on the 4th floor, which is the same floor as the top of the parking garage, which made unloading and loading a breeze. You even have at least 5 beach chairs, some beach umbrellas & boogie boards in a locker on the ground level that was a excellent feature as well, so you did not have to carry these items back and forth into the unit, which was great. Dennis & Christine are wonderful hosts and we hope that in the future we will have the opportunity to stay in their condo again. You would think that we could suggest something to improve upon, but that is not the case here, this is a close to perfect (location, convenience, clean, fantastic hosts, nice extras such as towels, sheets, paper products and a unit that is in fantastic shape and felt like home and not a rental unit. Thank you again for allowing our family to spend a week in your unit.
