"Quick response to a needed light bulb. Nice shared kitchen area. Well equipped. Nice roomy shared shower. Door to the room was a bit low. The provided bath robes were a nice touch. You can walk to the Starlight. Air condition worked great and was quiet. "

"Needed Updates. The staff was great. The food & wait staff were awesome. However, we wish the room was as great as the rest of our experience. In the building where we checked in & stayed on the 2nd floor was in dire need of updates. We had a non working lamp, our bathroom was so small and needed help with paint, plumbing and overall face-lift. Our room only had housekeeping 1x in 4 days. We had no elevator to the 2nd floor. It wouldn't be a problem except the step are quite high, not good for the knees. The best part of our stay was renting a golf cart and driving around the course which had spectacular views."

"Clean cute room. Great view. Would give higher mark but for the price the room should have its own mini fridge & coffee maker. The outdoor community fridge & coffee maker is nice but not convenient day or night. Only one very short shower and hot water ran out."

"My room, and presumably all the others, was spacious and comfortable, with a couch, a table with two chairs, and ample counterspace around the sink. The minifridge had a freezer compartment, and the iron and ironing board were in good working order."

"Our group of 7 had an amazing stay at The Perch! The house was so much fun to stay in. The view was beautiful and the house had everything we needed! The A/C and showers worked great, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. The drive up was an adventure and I would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle. After some afternoon thunderstorms on our last day there, we were not able to make the drive to the house in our 4-wheel drive ford expedition rental car and ended up leaving it in a safe spot and walking up to the house. We had no idea desert mud could be sooo slippery! "
