"Perfect location"

"Advertising on Expedia was deceiving. Room was in poor condition. A clothes pin was used to hold drapes closed. There was no shade on the window. Could not get WiFi to work. The flooring was weak. If you were heavy could have fallen through. No coffee available. We should have asked for a refund but hostess was nice and said we would have to contact Expedia for concerns"

"The room was very clean and attractive overall. However the mattress seemed old and was not comfortable to sleep on. Air conditioning worked well, but no Kleenex or hair conditioner provided. The kitchen was well stocked with breakfast foods and condiments, and had all the utensils needed for food preparation. The western town theme was well done, and the surrounding area was stunning with various rock formations, views of mountains and a valley. I did not get a response when I texted the management about having a change in plans, and leaving a day earlier."

"The host communicated well, although the directions need a bit of updating. He ensured we were prepared for the somewhat remote location. The facilities were clean but needed some minor maintenance. The setting was fun for anyone that is ready for something a bit different."

"We loved our stay at Ten Bits Ranch. It was very clean and well kept. The community kitchen was fun and breakfast almost always involved talking with other guests and sharing experiences. We were there during the cold snap in January of 2026 when much of Texas was struggling with snow and ice. We had a fair amount of rain. The owners arrived and stayed throughout the bad weather and made sure electricity wasn’t a problem. We had 4WD and had no trouble getting around. If you like getting away from crowds, this is a great place to stay. We would highly recommend. "
