"I loved the location was perfect. Rooms are older but very clean. They have coffee and chocolate and tea in the lobby. Someone is always available. They are very nice at the counter. The area was neat and like I said is perfect location I would stay again and again "

"This is my first time staying at this hotel in big bear, and it was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at so far. The room was super clean and had everything you need, and the robes were such a great touch. The cleanliness was amazing, and the sauna was so relaxing you definitely need to try it when staying here. I loved my peaceful morning walk by the lake and the bonfire at night. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I have been to big bear many times in the past, and staying here this time really topped my experience. I will definitely be back. Thank you!"
