Nestled in the heart of Big Bear in lower Moonridge, just minutes from the ski resorts. This spacious 1900-square-foot retreat features a large living room with a cozy fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes and watching a movie. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and up to 4 cars

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. You’ll find high-quality silverware, cups, wine glasses, shot glasses, pots, pans, and plates in the cabinets and drawers. There’s also a coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, a kettle, and a selection of teas. Feel free to indulge! For some nostalgic fun, explore the classic board games and puzzles in the cupboard. If you are feeling nostalgic we have a custom Arcade Cab in the garage with multiple retro games, It’s a great way to bond with family and friends—just try not to get too competitive! The living room features a large 4K TV with a Roku streaming device, offering a theater-like experience. Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services with your family and friends.

All beds are memory foam mattresses to provide the sense of sleeping on clouds

You’ll have all the amenities you need, including a hair dryer, plush towels, soap, napkins, and more. We’ve thought of everything to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient.

You will be provided with a code for the front door at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. You will have access to the entire home.

There is central heating for the entire house to keep everyone cozy in wintertime.

During spring & summer, we have fans in every room to keep cool air moving and the house gets a nice breeze throughout the house when windows are kept open.

We offer a generous starter supply of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dishwasher and laundry pods. For any additional needs during your stay, guests are kindly asked to provide their own supplies.

We provide all guests with towels, pillows, sheets, and blankets for a comfortable stay.

Plenty of space for parking; 1 parking space in front of the house by the front door& 3 parking spaces on the side of the house a maximum of 4 cars can be parked on-site.

No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Outdoor activities are prohibited from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

No smoking on the property, including outdoors. Subject to $300 fine.

Occupancy, parking, and noise restrictions are enforced by owners and by the county. The guest is responsible for the payment of fines.

The house has five cameras outside facing the parking areas, a BBQ area, and a front doorbell camera for your security and peace of mind. You can relax inside, knowing that there are no cameras there, and your privacy is respected. note that the cameras are not actively monitored.
