"I love the area, the people I saw were nice, the building is a bit run down but still functional. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from outside and other rooms. Loved the microwave and mini fridge. I would stay again. "

"The host was very attentive by text to make sure everything was goid when we arrived. The house was adorable and very cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed the view if the river and the sound of it. The deck and house were clean and we had everything we needed to cook a meal. Plenty of clean towels and sheets were clean. The detached bedrooms are decorated so nicely. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was my husband and I and two 17 yr. Old girls and even they loved it! Thankyou so much, will recommend to anyone staying in the area!"

"The house has a great layout, central hexagon living room/kitchen/dining, with the fireplace central and two wings of bedrooms. The patio/pool is right off the living room and there's 7 sliding glass doors out to the pool area. Really a great vibe. The house management team is fairly quickly responsive with problems. My major complaint was a bug we found, which they remedied fairly quickly and that there was zero cling wrap, tin foil or plastic bags to wrap leftovers and we had a hard time figuring out the best way to get to the river, but ultimately drove down in a car. Overall, great house and location and we had a quiet, relaxing time for the most part. "

"This vintage house trailer is a simple accommodation in the woods among other homes and just five minutes from the Trinity River. It’s decorated in Thrift Store Chic and contains everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen has a fine hodgepodge of pots and pans, dishware and utensils. The furniture is odd bits and pieces, some comfortable. There was abundant hot water for the shower and tub. The double bed and the bunk bed are adequate. The internet connection is solid and the interactions with Ryan, the host, were excellent. In all, an entirely satisfactory spot for us to relax after a day of floating. "
