Best Western in Bicester

"Great weekend at Horwood House Hotel. Facilities were very good , grounds were beautiful to wander in and staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend. Only downside - we booked a deluxe room but there was only 1 chair to sit in. We requested another one , but did not receive one."

"Group booking issues with 2 rooms one had only boiling hot water in the shower the other freezing cold. Notified receptionist after first night of two - apathetic response ‘we report it but no one is in’ no apology no follow up 2 night stay no useable shower. Minor issue VIP booking no guests offered the 20% off food/drink….service continues to deteriorate. I mentioned following the 2 complaints on check out ‘Adna’ followed suit no apology barely an acknowledgement….."

"Room was clean and large enough for 2 adults and a teenager. Sofa bed was a double. No room around the beds but that was fine. Bathroom clean with a good shower, very clean and Dove toiletries. Toilet paper very thin."
