Auf dem neusten Stand, Sauberkeit
Die Einrichtung der unteren Wohnung war schon sehr veraltet
und die ausstattung der Küche war nur in der oberen wohnung wirklich gut

Sehr schöne gepflegte Außenanlage, rundum abgeschlossen; ideal für Hunde.
Solide Grundausstattung. Grillplatz, Pizzaofen. Pool war sehr sauber mit täglicher Wartung .Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
Weniger gut:
Nächtliches langanhaltendes Gebell von Hunden aus der Nachbarschaft, leider einige Bettwanzen im Obergeschoss.

Für uns war alles perfekt ❤️
Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Hunden da. Uns hat vor allem der große Pool die besten Stunden bereitet. Wassertiefe ca. 140cm. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden: Gasherde, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Bei kleinen Problemen wie mit der Klimaanlage waren D. und A. sofort zur Stelle, um alles in Ordnung zu bringen. Zu erwähnen wäre, dass die Besitzer nur italienisch sprechen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

10 tägiger Urlaub mit zwei Familien
Wir waren mit zwei Familien im Ferienhaus und hatten beide Wohnungen gemietet.
Die Innenausstattung könnte erneut werden.
In der oberen Wohnung ist die Küche neu mit Geschirrspüler und hat eine größere Dusche im Bad.
Die untere Wohnung wurde mit 5 Personen besetzt. Die Küche ist sehr klein wie auch das Bad.
Die Dusche ist veraltet und klein.
Die Vermieterin hatte uns am Tag der Anreise telefonisch kontaktiert.

Ferienhaus mitten in den Olivenbäumen
das Haus liegt mitten in den Olivenhain, wunderschöner, gut gepflegter Garten,
das Haus von aussen auch sehr einladend
leider ist dieser Eindruck im Innern nicht da.

Toller Garten super Gastgeber...... kommen gerne wieder
Der Garten mit dem Pool, Whirlpool und der großen Fläche war für unsere Kids ein Paradies.
Es gibt sogar einen Pizzaofen auf dem Grundstück.
Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hatten tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Kulinarik.
Das obere Apartment ist etwas moderner mit einer zweckmäßigen Küchenzeile, die Betten wirkten etwas aus der Zeit, waren aber bequem und alles war sauber...
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
