Henkilökuntaa oli 1, joka hoiti kahden hotellin asiakkaat. Huoneessa ei ollut kahvin/vedenkeitintä, kuten oli luvattu. Pyynnöstä saimme ne. Wc oli rikki, huoneessa huono ilma (kosteutta). Erittäin huono kokemus.

Très bien reçu lors de notre Check in. Emplacement parfait .proche de la mer . Chambre petite mais bien agencée , par contre une seule prise électrique dans toute la chambre et salle de bain très vétuste ,à refaire en urgence !!

Emplacement hyper centrale personnel pro et souriant, par contre chambre sans aucune isolation avec la Vmc du restaurant qui pollue la chambre toute la soiree Le petit déjeuner buffet est lamentable un fond de salad de fruits des viennoiseries congelées Bref malgré le sourire de la réceptionniste à éviter

Hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad, imposible mejor situación. Por lo demás, todo bien, lo que esperaba, limpio, correcto, buen estado de conservación, algocaro en temporada alta, normal en Biarritz. Lo mejor, en dos minutos andando estas en el agua.

Buena ubicación

Está ubicado a 1 minuto de la playa y de allí se puede rodear la costa pasando por el Puerto viejo, la Virgen de la Roca y llegando a la Grande Plage en 15 min. La recepción es por el Hotel de al lado, pero todo es muy fácil. La habitación es pequeña pero muy cómoda y con baño privado, recomiendo que mejoren las filtraciones del techo sobre el escritorio, que es poca pero que desluce el alojamiento. Precio aceptable para ser Biarritz. El wifi no llega a la habitación.

A única coisa boa do hotel é a localização. Fica na melhor rua de Biarritz e a poucos metros da praia. O apt é minúsculo, daqueles que tem de passar de lado por falta de espaço. O espaço pra tomar banho é menor ainda.

Nous fréquenetons el depuis plus de 15 ans et nous sommes toujours très satisfaits des prestations et de l'accueil. La chambre triple que nous réservons chaque année est très confortable, spacieuse et... calme. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant
